Account and registration
Every mabosplay account requires three documents for KYC verification before deposits are allowed: a valid government-issued identity document (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence), a proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months), and a clear photo of your face holding your ID document (to confirm you are the account holder). Upload all three documents via your mabosplay account dashboard in the "KYC Verification" section. Our verification team reviews documents within 24 hours on business days. If any document is blurry, expired, or does not match your account name, we request resubmission. Users in Surabaya, Jakarta, Bandung, and other cities follow the same KYC process.
Go to the mabosplay login page and click "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address or username. We send a password-reset link to your registered email within subject to verification. Click the link (valid for 1 hour), enter your new password, and confirm it. Your password must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase letters, numbers, and a symbol. After you reset your password, sign in with your new password on any device. Payments and transactions
To deposit via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet: open your mabosplay account, go to the Deposit section, select your e-wallet from the list, and enter the amount. You are redirected to your e-wallet app or website to confirm payment. After you authorise the transaction, the funds appear in your mabosplay account instantly to within subject to verification. After processing, funds are sent to your original payment method — if you deposited via e-wallet, your withdrawal goes to mobile banking; if via local payment, to your online payment account. To request deletion of your personal data from mabosplay, contact our support team via in-app chat, email, or phone with a clear statement: "I request deletion of my personal data and account records." You must include your account username, registered email, and the date of your request. mabosplay complies with data-deletion requests subject to legal retention obligations (typically 5–7 years for financial and anti-money-laundering records). After your request is approved, we delete non-mandatory data within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
